The Birth Doula package includes:
One free meet and greet. This is usually done in person, at a local park, coffee shop or restaurant. The purpose of this time is to meet each other, answer any questions you have for me, discuss your expectations, and to see if we are a good fit!
A minimum of 2 prenatal visits. During these home visits I will spend time getting to know you and your partner, your individual needs, and how I can best support you. Here we will explore your desires and expectations for labor and delivery. I will provide information, support, and encouragement for the birth experience you desire!
90 minute prenatal massage. This massage is given in the comforts and privacy of your own home. Essential oils available if desired.
24 hour contact support. From the moment you hire me, I am available to you via text, call, and email anytime.
Continuous labor support. Whether you choose to labor at home or in the hospital, I come to you when you are ready and stay with you until 2 hours postpartum.
